New Features as of Version 0.83

  Using OpenContainers 1.5.3
   -Fixed a bug in Val for prettyPrint under X-Midas:  it uses
    the operator<< of X-Midas for complex numbers rather than 
    oc version (ValReader can no longer read those in).
   -Added a new method to Tab: appendStr.  Rather than appending a new
    entry whose key is an integer, it appends the same key as
    a string.  (Thus Tab t; t.appendStr(777) ends up { "0":777 } vs.
    Tab t; t.append(888); end up { 0: 888 } )

  Updating X-Midas ptools option tree
  -Updated to opencontainers 1.5.3
  -Added a python directory to the ptools X-Midas option tree so that
   when you add PTOOLS to your X-Midas option trees, you automatically
   pick up midastalker(midasserver) when you "import midastalker"
   from Python.  This just makes it easier to use the MidasTalker
   with XMPY.
  -The X-Midas PipeTab routines (for type 4000) files have been
   slightly rewritten to be more X-Midas like.  If you just use
   the functions as given with no other X-Midas type 4000isms, 
   there shouldn't be any changes to your code.
  -In the X-Midas option tree, there were multiple copies of 
   ocserialize.cc, ocval.cc and pipetab.cc
   in lib/ptools and lib/oc.  Removed the ones out of lib/ptools.
  -Added explain pages for all four primitives: xmclient, xmserver
   permclient and permserver
  -Changed the xmclient and permclient code to reflect the
   interface change (announced back in 0.80) and made to 
   the "Numeric" argument.
