New Features as of version 0.95

  This release is a bug-fix release, fixing three minor bugs

  The ValReader and OpalReader (which are responsible for reading and
  parsing the text versions of Python Dictionaries and OpalTables 
  respectively) had a memory leak due to a non-virtual destructor.  Fixed. 
  This required an update to opencontainers so it has moved to 
  opencontainers 1.5.7

  When doing adaptive serialization, serialization history is based on
  the file descriptor.  Once a file descriptor is closed, its associated 
  information needs to be thrown away so adaptive serialization can be 
  re-negotiated (otherwise it will get the serialization of the previous 
  file descriptor).  This bug should now be fixed:  This required some
  small code changes to the MidasSocket, MidasTalker and MidasServer.  To 
  test this feature, we augmented both the midasserver_ex.cc,.py so
  that at connect time they send out a table (also updated the X-Midas
  xmserver host primitive, which is the server example in X-Midas).

  The tab2opal primitive in the X-Midas area was augmented to show
  where syntax errors occurred when reading malformed text tables 
  (taking advantage of the new syntax error checking feature of 0.94).
